Voltage Athletics Function and Restorative Development Training is offered to any athlete or individual wanting to maximize their performance.  We will help you develop increased functional strength, power, speed, form and durability by building a proper foundation and remediating muscle imbalances that restrict performance.

Why Function/Restorative Development Training?

The performance of athletes today has dramatically elevated the need for an integration of practical and functional strength with an intensive neuromuscular, speed, agility, and power training program.  In fact if an athlete is serious about a sport and not doing any physical conditioning outside of their sport practice, that athlete is now in the minority.

How Do We Improve Performance?

Voltage Athletics utilizes The Egoscue Method® and the National Academy of Sports Medicine OPT™ Model to achieve peak athletic performance and increased durability in athletes. By achieving proper postural alignment through functional exercises, one can eliminate their dysfunctions that are hindering them and restore full function to muscles and joints. The result is optimal athletic performance with decreased susceptibility to injury.
